Art is a Team Leader / Residential Mortgage Banker for Susquehanna Bank. He has been working with mortgages for over 10 years, primarily with first-time homebuyers. You may have seen him at some of the workshops for buyers in south central Pennsylvania. He has a lot of experience with government products, such as FHA, VA and USDA. Art is fluent in Spanish, having been born in Puerto Rico, where he lived the first 11 years of his life. He has been singing, primarily in churches, since he was 9 years old. So don’t be surprised to see him on stage. He recently played the Cowardly Lion in Hanover Little Theater’s production of “The Wiz.”

So, you’re ready to buy your dream home, and now you just need someone to help find it for you. In other words, how do you pick a realtor? The first place to check is within your circle of influence. Who do you know that recently has bought or sold a home: a family member, friend, coworker?
