Lori, Vice President and Branch Manager of a Susquehanna Bank branch in Owings Mills, Md., has worked in branch banking for more than 20 years. She has applied her experience not only for her customers, but also for organizations that benefit the community, such as The Creative Alliance, the League for People with Disabilities, United Way of Central Maryland, National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship, Baltimore County Chamber and Reisterstown, Owings Mills, Glyndon Chamber. Originally from Long Island, Lori enjoys living and working in Owings Mills because it offers the friendly environment of a small community, plus close proximity to Baltimore and Washington. One thing that may surprise her customers at Owings Mills: Lori is a big fan of Prince; she saw the movie “Purple Rain” three times in the theater and even colored her hair with what she thought was "temporary" purple dye!

You may wonder why I’m focusing on fitness when most of us are thinking of the fabulous feasts we will soon be sharing with family and friends during the holidays. Kennedy: “If not now, when?” Consistent financial and physical fitness are long-term investments towards living a joyful life that don’t have to be put off until after you sing “Auld Lang Syne”. Finding a way to consistently remain active does not require a huge financial investment, or an annual resolution. Continue Reading »
